About

2025 has been a monumental year for Addison, who has rapidly become one of the most recognisable young stars in music and film.

Her debut album 'Addison', released in June, received widespread critical acclaim. The New York Times called it “one of the year’s signature pop releases,” while the Associated Press hailed her arrival as a “new pop powerhouse.” Billboard declared that “Rae’s debut proves her to be one of pop's current crew.”

Addison’s new era launched with the breakout single "Diet Pepsi", her first single with Columbia Records. The track marked her debut on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and came with a striking video directed by Sean Price Williams under the creative direction of Mel Ottenberg. She followed with the Paris-shot "Aquamarine", then her third single, “High Fashion”, which PAPER Magazine declared that Addison had gone “three for three,” calling the new track “hypnotic and euphoric.” Her streak continued with "Headphones On", another Billboard Hot 100 entry, before releasing her latest hit "Fame is a Gun".

Addison’s explosive success earned her a GRAMMY Award nomination in the Best New Artist category, with Rolling Stone noting that she has “grown into one who is free to take her artistry wherever she pleases.”

Beyond music, Addison continues to build an impressive film career. She will star in Legendary’s upcoming R-rated live-action hybrid Animal Friends alongside Ryan Reynolds, Jason Momoa, Dan Levy, and Aubrey Plaza, as well as in season 3 of Netflix’s thriller Monster: The Ed Gein Story. She recently appeared in Eli Roth’s horror film Thanksgiving, opposite Patrick Dempsey, which reached #1 globally on Netflix (her second film to achieve this milestone). Her breakout leading role was in Netflix’s He’s All That, the gender-switched reboot of the 1999 cult classic She’s All That, which premiered as the #1 movie on the platform in 80 countries.
