In recent years, Carsie Blanton has become a beloved live presence in Ireland, where her blend of political insight, devastating honesty and sharp-witted humour has connected deeply with audiences. Blanton recently released ‘Little Flame’, a moving song of hope and courage written during Blanton’s time aboard the Paola I as part of the Global Sumud Flotilla humanitarian mission. The song has already taken on a life of its own, spreading widely through grassroots performances and viral covers, and now receives its official release ahead of Blanton’s forthcoming album Red Album Vol. II.

Speaking about the song, Blanton says ‘Little Flame’ emerged during an intense and transformative period, becoming a source of strength not just for herself, but for those around her.
