Ryan Tubridy brings The Bookshelf to the stage

The Bookshelf see’s Tubridy sit down with household names to discover the books that have influenced their lives. Ryan will be joined on the night by Dr. Katriona O’Sullivan, the award-winning author of the best-selling biography Poor.

Professor Katriona O’Sullivan is a psychologist, lecturer and award-winning author whose work is shaped by her journey from extreme poverty to academia, championing access to education and social equality. Her latest book "Hungry: A Biography of My Body" was released this week in Ireland. It is a raw, courageous exploration of survival, identity and the lifelong search for self-acceptance and follows her #1 bestselling memoir "Poor" from 2023.

Each week, Ryan turns the pages on his guests life through the prism of three books: The childhood book, the book that brought them joy, and the book that changed their life.
